ERD ships worldwide. Every order is handled with the same care that went into making the piece. That takes time. We do not rush it.

United States — 2 weeks from order confirmation.
France — 2 weeks from order confirmation.
Worldwide — 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation.

These are not estimates built for optimism. They are the actual times. If something changes on our end, you will be notified directly.

How It Works

Every order is processed, packed, and dispatched from our end before a tracking number is issued. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it leaves us. Do not reach out asking for tracking before that second email arrives. It does not exist yet.

Packaging

Orders arrive in ERD packaging — minimal, protective, nothing unnecessary. The focus is on the garment arriving in perfect condition. Everything else is secondary.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. ERD does not control customs processing times. Delays caused by customs are outside our hands. Factor this in when ordering for a specific date.

Shipping Address

Double check your address before confirming your order. ERD is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as fast as possible at [email protected]

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated delivery window, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve it. We do not dismiss these situations. We deal with them.

The piece left our hands in perfect condition. We intend for it to arrive the same way.
