The diagonal front zip is heavy-gauge silver, flanked by multiple zip pockets and snap-fastened elements positioned with the functional aggression that defines the double-rider construction. Enfants Riches Déprimés — French for “Depressed Rich Kids” — was founded in 2012 by conceptual artist Henri Alexander Levy. The house welds 1970s French avant-garde tailoring to raw punk nihilism, producing hyper-exclusive isolating objects that compress an entire subculture’s wardrobe archaeology into a single piece of outerwear priced for the class the subculture was built to oppose.
