The ERD Sour Dream t-shirt reads like a magazine spread that gave up on optimism halfway through the interview.
“ERD AND THE SOUR DREAM” runs in bold white block caps at the top, underlined like a headline meant to be taken seriously. Below it, a quote sits in quotation marks — something about “flower power” sounding a little silly to whoever’s talking. The photo underneath does the rest of the explaining: a kid with a cigarette in his mouth, holding a battered paperback close to his face, unimpressed by whatever he’s reading. A second underline closes the composition out at the bottom, tidy and editorial despite everything happening above it.
Faded black 500gsm cotton, oversized unisex fit, dropped shoulders, side slits at the hem. Hand-finished in a small run, gone once it’s sold through. Wash notes are under garment care. Comes in S, M, L, XL.
Henri Alexander Levy started Enfants Riches Déprimés in 2012. The name means “Depressed Rich Kids.” Same fight the label’s always run on — old French tailoring against punk that never learned to sit still.
