The Enfants Riches Déprimés Rose Ring in silver is beauty frozen at its peak, just before the rot — a sculpted bloom in metal that keeps a flower from ever wilting. It doesn’t decorate the hand. It buries a rose in it.
The centerpiece is a fully bloomed rose, its layered petals modeled in three dimensions and mounted at the top of the band like a specimen preserved in silver. Every petal reads distinctly, caught at the moment of full openness.
From the bloom, a band of leaves and a thorned stem winds around the finger — the flower’s whole anatomy translated into metal, thorns included. The romance comes with its defenses intact.
The finish is antiqued silver-tone, oxidized and blackened in the recesses so the petals and leaves read shadowed and aged, less a jewel than a relic of something once alive. Hand-finished as a strictly limited accessory. Follow the garment care to keep the silver and its patina intact.
