erd jeans, sometimes just erd pants or erd sweatpants. Same product either way.
What They're Made Of
Heavy Japanese denim mostly, with the same vintage wash and distressing the rest of the brand runs on. A few cuts float around, ERD Carpenter Pants, baggy, slightly flared, all with ERD-branded hardware and an embossed logo patch at the back waistband. None of it looks new on purpose, even fresh off the rack it's already faded or worn through in spots.
Colors Worth Knowing
Mostly black and indigo, but a ripped purple pair has come up before, distressed the same heavy way as everything else.
Past Denim
Beyond jeans, erd pants covers the wider category. erd carpenter pants has its own following, more workwear-shaped than the slim denim cuts. There's also a pinstripe wool trouser that's a different animal entirely, dressier, barely any distressing, closer to tailoring than streetwear.
About The Sweatpants Search
ERD doesn't really run a dedicated sweatpants line the way the name suggests. People searching that term are usually after the brand's looser trousers, not an actual jogger product.
