Accessibility

ERD is for everyone who gets it. The website should work for everyone who visits it.

We are committed to making this site as accessible as possible — not because it is required, but because excluding people from the experience of the work is contrary to everything the brand stands for.

Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities — including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological conditions.

We are not perfect. Accessibility is not a checkbox — it is an ongoing process. We are actively working to identify and resolve barriers on this site.

What We Have Done

Every image on this site includes descriptive alternative text so screen readers can convey visual content to users who cannot see it.

The site is navigable by keyboard alone. No interaction requires a mouse.

Color contrast across the site meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Text is readable against its background at all sizes.

Font sizes are set in relative units and scale with your browser or device settings. If you increase your default text size the site responds accordingly.

Forms — including checkout and contact — are labeled clearly so assistive technologies can interpret them correctly.

Video and moving content on the site respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting on your device. If you have reduced motion enabled, animations will not play.

Known Limitations

Some older content and archival pages may not yet meet full accessibility standards. We are working through these systematically.

Some third party services embedded in the site — including payment processing — are governed by their own accessibility practices which are outside our direct control.

The work is for everyone who connects with it. The site should be too.
